Graphics Arts Designer

The Graphic Arts Designer is a key player in the daily operations of LTL Creative. They will work independently to provide clients with the expertise to successfully brand their business and drive traffic. This will involve transforming concepts into visually appealing designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work independently to conceptualize and execute design solutions to meet business and client objectives.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all points of project contact.
Determine size and arrangement of varying projects including font style and delivery.
Design and develop visual graphics, 3D design concepts, and layouts for different forms of marketing materials.
Develop prototypes of design layouts for client and management review.
Experience in architecture/ real estate design.
Experience/background with environmental and Interior design components.
Software design expertise.
Prepare final project files including specific colour swatches, videos, text placement, etc.
Step in as project liaison as needed.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts in regular ongoing meetings with management.
Conduct market research on the latest design technologies and implement as needed.
Other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Team player, with the ability to pick up tasks quickly and initiative to get the job done.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
Highly organized, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Diploma in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or Business Administration (Required)
Graphic design experience 1-3 years (Preferred)
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
Adobe suite platform
